  Vera stole my money, because she did not fulfil the package I paid for, she did not show up for a scheduled, confirmed paid for class and left me waiting at the studio, ignored my calls and messages and has continued to run her business without conscience. I thought she was an excellent teacher and I’m staggered that she would take so much money without providing services. There is no justification. I had multiple sessions left in my package and she owes me those or my money back. She lied to me. Vera, I’m waiting for my refund and an apology.

  Vera has exceeded my expectations as a Pilates facilitator as she brings a great deal of experience to each and every session. Vera incorporates a very holistic approach by including mindfulness together with the use of healing oils. She also has a good understanding of possible injuries you may be carrying and has excellent suggestions and approaches to help you cope and start to heal yourself. I honestly look forward to each session I have with Vera.

  Vera is an exceptional Pilates facilitator who caters to my individual needs. She is very experienced and is so very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and how Pilates can strengthen and heal it.
